Incoming Exam Visitors

Rules for Satakunta University of Applied Sciences EXAM facilities

Only a ID with photo may be brought into the exam room.

Lockable lockers for outerwear, bags, and other personal belongings are available near the exam room.

The facilities are under recorded video surveillance. In cases of suspected misconduct, recordings will be forwarded to the EXAM administration of the University organizing the exam.

Location and opening hours of EXAM exam visit facilities

The reservation window for SAMK EXAM is 30 days.

Campus main entrances are open Monday–Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. during teaching periods. At other times, access is provided using the access code included in the reservation confirmation.

The doors of the exam rooms are open (except at the Huittinen campus, where the exam room door is opened using the external door access code).

SAMK Pori campus

Satakunnankatu 23. The exam visit room is B103. Further details about locations can be found here.

Open Mon – Fri 8 a.m.- 9 p.m. / Sat – Sun 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Please note: on Sundays, access to the Pori campus is only through the so-called Soteekki entrance.

SAMK Huittinen Campus

Risto Rytin katu 70, Huittinen. The exam room is 142. Further details about locations can be found here.

SAMK Kankaanpää Campus

Paasikivenkatu 24, Kankaanpää. The exam room is 104. Further details about locations can be found here.

SAMK Rauma Campus

All exam visit computers are equipped with:

The following file types can be opened:
.pdf, .mp3 audio files, .mp4 video files, and jpg, gif, and png images.

Earplugs and paper towels are available in the exam rooms.

Logging in to the exam visit computer

No separate login to the exam computer is required.

When logging in to EXAM, select the correct higher education institution from the HAKA list.

Problems during the exam and technical support

Real-time support is not available.

Reasonable accommodations for exam visits

Students may request reasonable accommodations for completing an exam through their home institution. Arrangements are agreed on a case-by-case basis between the home institution and Satakunta University of Applied Sciences.

Subject to availability, a quiet exam room can be arranged at the Pori, Huittinen, and Kankaanpää campuses through the above procedure.
